Dan Hickman

Dan Hickman currently serves as Vice President of IT and Risk Management at Skience, having previously held the role of Director of IT at Coventry where significant achievements included a 100% reduction in spam calls and a 50% improvement in cyber security posture. Prior experience includes directing IT operations at Unique Industries, managing global IT functions across nine sites, and successfully enabling work-from-home transitions during the 2020 pandemic. Dan has also held positions at New View Gifts and Accessories and Markel Corporation, focusing on IT support and management. Dan holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
