Currently serving as President at Skilken Gold, a family-owned national real estate development company specializing in single-tenant development for Quick-Service Restaurants, Groceries, and Convenience & Fuel industries, Gerard has previously held senior leadership roles at CGH Ventures, Krause+, Public Storage, Host Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Grand Vacations, and Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor in Environmental Design (Architecture) and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, Gerard brings a wealth of expertise in strategic planning, investment analysis, and comprehensive portfolio management.
