Patsy Kravitz

Patsy Kravitz is a Senior Instructional Designer at Skill-Up Technologies since August 2020, specializing in the development of technical course curricula, multimedia content, and process improvements for globally recognized educational platforms. Prior to this role, Patsy worked at IBM from March 2010 to July 2020, driving digital transformation through the creation of knowledge base content and the Cognitive Sales Advisor tool featured in Harvard Business Review. Previous experience includes instructional design and content development roles at TimelyText, Apex Systems, Global Knowledge, and Resolvit Resources, as well as a technical writing position at Itron. Patsy began a career in data processing and helpdesk support at NC Farm Bureau, after earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from NC Wesleyan College.
