Andrei Shcherbukha

Andrei Shcherbukha began their work experience in 2010 as an Administrator and TV Operator at TV studios. Andrei then transitioned to the role of Administrator at Unium, where they organized the work of an educational center. In 2012, Andrei worked as a Field Service Engineer at Schnider Electric, where they installed, commissioned, and maintained server equipment. From 2014 to 2018, Andrei served as a Project Manager at LLC "ABAKAN AIR," managing United Nations (UN) and World Food Programme (WFP) contracts. In 2014, they also worked as a Project Manager at LANIT-PARTNER, handling uninterruptible power supply projects. In 2020, Andrei joined Skillaz as a Senior Project Manager, leading HR tech projects for top companies. Later, in 2022, they became a Mentor and Career Consultant at GetMentor.dev, providing guidance in career development for project management and IT. In 2023, Andrei assumed the role of a Mentor and Career Consultant at Solvery.io.

Andrei Shcherbukha began their education at the Physics and Mathematics Lyceum No. 1581 from 2006 to 2008, where they focused on information technology and mathematics. Andrei then pursued a Master's degree in Robotics and Mechatronics from Bauman Moscow State Technical University, graduating in 2014. In the same year, Andrei also completed business trainings at SBA University in the field of soft skills and business. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Project Management from the "Specialist" Computer Training Center. Additionally, Andrei obtained a certification as a Mentor in IT from Яндекс Практикум in 2023.
