Thiago Nascimento

Thiago Nascimento has over a decade of experience in the technology industry. In 2006, they began working as a PHP Programmer for PontaWEB and Web Engineer for Cartago Softwares. At Cartago Softwares, they were responsible for developing a Google Maps API to report sales force data using geolocalization on mobile devices. In 2007, they worked as a Software Engineer for Macrofértil Indústria e Comércio de Fertilizantes. In 2008, they worked as a Senior Web Engineer for MalaPronta.com and was responsible for software migration of Symfony 1 to 2. In 2009, they co-founded Bloompa and served as the company's CEO and was responsible for investors relationships, marketing/sales operations, and product strategy. In 2012, they became CTO and Product Manager for Giver, where they were responsible for IT projects and leading development issues and marketing strategies for products. In 2016, they became CTO and Product Manager for Gallerr and was responsible for planning the whole product development process and recruiting product team. In 2020, they founded SkillCore, a company that empowers digital communities to boost fan engagement through gamification. Thiago is responsible for the business and technology strategy behind the platform.

Thiago Nascimento obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Universidade Estadual de Ponta Grossa between 2004 and 2008. Thiago also attended Federal University of Technology - Parana during this same time period. In 2009, they obtained an MBA from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná in Entrepreneurship, Economy, Management, Technology, Innovation, and Marketing. Additionally, they have a certification from EF Education First in EF Englishtown Nível 12 - Pós-Intermediário Completion Test.
