Lawrence Scieneaux

Lawrence Scieneaux is an accomplished real estate investor and consultant currently serving as the CEO of New Diligence Development LLC since December 2017, specializing in aiding homeowners with residential and commercial real estate transactions. In addition to leadership at New Diligence, Lawrence has extensive hands-on experience in various carpentry and construction roles with companies such as Tradesmen International, Skilled Trades Services, and Louisiana Skilled Labor. Lawrence also holds certification as a Certified Occupational Safety Specialist from the Alliance Safety Council and has completed education in industrial maintenance and instrumentation at Baton Rouge Community College and ITI Technical College.
