Baden Schaff started their work experience in 2005 as a Teaching Professional at the Central London Golf Centre. In 2007, they worked as the Head Teaching Professional at the Gary Edwin Golf Academy. Baden then joined ADP Golf in 2011 as the Head Teaching Professional until 2013. In 2012, Baden Schaff founded their own company, Baden Schaff Swing Solutions, where they served as the CEO. Baden later became a Contributing Writer for GOLF Magazine/GOLF.com in 2019. Most recently, since 2016, they have been the President and CEO of Skillest, a platform that aims to improve student/coach interaction in golf.
Baden Schaff began their education in 1989 at St Kevin's College, where they obtained a PGA Member degree. Baden attended this institution until 1998. In 2001, Schaff enrolled at Gary Edwin Golf to further enhance their knowledge of Right Sided Golf Swing. There is no specific end year provided for this education. Finally, from 2010 to 2012, Schaff attended the PGA of Australia, where they earned a PGA professional degree in Golf Tuition.
