Vadim Fîntînari

Vadim Fîntînari has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and consulting. In 2017, they co-founded STEEPSOFT, a software development outsourcing company specializing in AI/ML applications, computer vision applications, web/mobile applications, and decentralized projects. Vadim worked as a Co-Founder & Software Engineer, leveraging technologies like React, Python (Django, FastAPI, Flask), Angular, and Docker. In 2023, they had a partial exit from STEEPSOFT to focus on scaling the AI division at RebelDot. From 2019 to present, Vadim served as the CTO at Skillhop.com, a construction management platform, contributing to its growth from $0 ARR to multiple six figures. In 2018, they gained experience as a Software Engineer at Lampix Technology and as a Computer Vision Engineer at vanillaNAV. Additionally, Vadim had an internship at Siemens Industry Software in 2017, where they worked on building an assistant for visually-impaired individuals using C++, TensorFlow, and OpenCV. Within this role, they also took on project management responsibilities. Currently, Vadim holds the position of Brand CTO & Software Consultant at saas.group, where they provide expertise in software development and consulting.

Vadim Fîntînari pursued their education in computer science at Transilvania University of Brasov from 2016 to 2019, earning a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree.
