Rob Swymer

Rob Swymer is an accomplished motivational speaker and resilience coach, currently serving as the founder of Peak State Performance, LLC, where the mission focuses on transforming personal and professional lives through resilience-building strategies. Rob also acts as a strategic advisor for Skillibrium, guiding go-to-market professionals in simplifying their workflows. With extensive experience as a resilience coach at The Physical Intelligence Institute, Rob employs insights from over 21 years of research on the body/brain connection to enhance performance. Previously, Rob held various leadership roles at Splunk, including Director of Global Field Enablement and Regional Sales Director, driving revenue growth and strategy in the field sales segment. Rob's educational background includes a BS in Marketing from Bentley University, as well as coaching certifications from Robbins Research International and the Physical Intelligence Institute.
