Gary Thomas Quinn

Gary Thomas Quinn is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and reporting. Currently serving as a Finance Business Partner at Skills Development Scotland since April 2019, Gary supports multiple directorates by enhancing the monitoring of government targets, preparing month-end accounts, and conducting variance analyses. Prior to this role, Gary worked at the University of Strathclyde from June 2012 to April 2019 in various finance positions, including Senior Finance Officer, where responsibilities included overseeing finances for international MBA units and executive education programs. Earlier career experience includes roles at Tesco Bank and Marks and Spencer, focusing on customer service and account management.
