Michelle Gibson

Michelle Gibson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and service design within the employability sector. Currently serving as the Standards and Frameworks Operations Manager at Skills Development Scotland since October 2012, Michelle has overseen the development and delivery of various apprenticeship programs that meet industry needs. Previously held roles include Partnership Manager, where responsibilities encompassed a range of employment-focused initiatives, and Project Manager for the Certificate of Work Readiness, emphasizing quality and equality. Prior to joining Skills Development Scotland, Michelle worked at the Scottish Government and Routes To Work Limited, focusing on health and employability integration. Michelle holds a PG Diploma in Advice and Career Guidance and a BA in Arts and Social Sciences from the University of Strathclyde.
