Micha Roon is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and blockchain innovation. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha supports innovation projects through training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination, Micha enhances the software development landscape by promoting dynamic and reliable processes. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, where Micha focused on decentralization and technological advancement. Micha's advisory positions and board memberships include contributions to Share&Charge and the IIB Council, alongside earlier roles as Senior Blockchain Developer at Sweetbridge, Inc. and Blockchain Advisor at SwissBorg. Micha Roon holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has completed additional studies in fintech and project management.
