Dylen Roberts

Dylen Roberts has had a diverse range of work experience. Dylen began their career in 2009 serving in the United States Air Force as an Air Recon Operator and eventually became a Captain and Squadron Commander. In 2015, they co-founded Platinum 5 Studios, LLC, where they served as the Chief Operations Officer, overseeing gaming technology, event management, production, and broadcasting. During their time there, they completed 261 projects with a high customer satisfaction rating. In 2018, Roberts joined Skillshot Media as the Director of Production Operations, where they managed daily creative project management, collaborated with partners to develop creative content, and developed processes for handling creative requests. Dylen also worked as a Broadcast Producer & Director at Skillshot Media, contributing to the vision and execution of esports broadcasts. Roberts also worked at Hi-Rez Studios from 2018 to 2022 as the Engineer in Charge, where they managed employees and contractors to provide a turnkey esports solution and build community through esports events and production. Additionally, they worked briefly as the Esports Manager at Esports Arena, handling floor activities, truck production, and technical directing for esports events. Overall, Roberts has demonstrated strong leadership skills, project management abilities, and a deep understanding of the esports industry.

From 2009 to 2013, Dylen Roberts attended Austin Peay State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
