Tiernan Herlihy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning consultancy and solution architecture. Currently serving as Principal Solution Architect at Skillsoft since 2007, Tiernan has held various key roles including Senior Solution Architect, Learning Program Architect, and Senior Learning Consultant, contributing to pre-sales, implementation, and post-sales processes across the UK, Ireland, and Continental Europe. Recognized for driving business opportunities and achieving measurable outcomes through innovative learning solutions, Tiernan has received multiple Employee of the Quarter Awards and was named EMEA Consulting & Technical Services Employee of the Year in 2013. Earlier career experiences include a Learning Consultant role at Thomson NETg, where significant growth was achieved leading to various accolades, and being a founding member of a successful telesales operation at Siemens.
