Heather Riess is a Senior Manager at SKIM since August 2019, where Heather researches, innovates, and collaborates to uncover insights in decision-making. Heather employs a variety of methodologies and has experience in CPG and Tech industries. Additionally, Heather focuses on internal initiatives and specializes in Revenue Management and Qualitative research. Prior to SKIM, Heather worked as a Research Assistant at NYU Langone Health and held positions at Hearts & Science, OMD USA, and as a Market Research Intern at SKIM. Heather holds a Master's degree in Psychology from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Biological Anthropology from Binghamton University.
