Susan Stroub

Susan Stroub has extensive work experience in planning, inventory management, and merchandise planning. Susan most recently served as the SVP of Planning at SKIMS starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at Gap Inc., including VP of Inventory Management at Athleta from 2016 to 2023, Sr. Director of Inventory Management at Gap US from 2014 to 2016, Sr. Director of Inventory Management at Gap US Women's from 2011 to 2014, and Director of Inventory Management at Banana Republic Canada from 2008 to 2011. Susan also worked as the Director of Merchandise Planning at Gap Canada from 2004 to 2008. Before joining Gap Inc., they worked as an Inventory Management Manager at Williams Sonoma Inc. from 2002 to 2004 and as a Merchandise Planner at Gap Inc. from 2000 to 2002. Susan began their career in Strategic Planning at Estee Lauder Inc. from 1998 to 2000.

Susan Stroub earned a bachelor's degree in Sociology from Pitzer College, graduating in 1994 after studying at the college from 1990 to 1994.
