Griffin Bohm has an extensive work experience in the marketing and brewing industries. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Cycling Guide for Trek Travel. In 2015, they moved to Catalysts Communication/BikeLife Magazine as a Content Marketing Manager. In 2014, they worked at Pinger as a Programmatic Performance Analyst. From 2016 to 2018, they were the Head Brewer at Cerveza Tropera, where they oversaw brewery growth and launched four new brands. From 2018 to 2020, they were the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing at Pinger, and then moved to Defeat by Tweet as a Growth Lead. In this role, they raised and donated $6M from 34,000 donors to turn out minority voters in key swing states during the 2020 election cycle, scaled new user acquisition Facebook spending by +$1M/month, instituted an email marketing program to reduce churn by 80%, and drove viral growth through influencer and shareable content to produce an R0 of 2.3. Currently, they are the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing at Skiplagged.
Griffin Bohm is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration - Finance & Analytics from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBS) in Marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder. Griffin also spent a semester abroad through the Syracuse University program in Istanbul, where they studied Marketing and Political Science in Turkey at Bahcesehir University. Additionally, Griffin has obtained two certifications from Braze, the 2021 Administrator Certification in May 2021 and the 2021 Marketer Certification in February 2021.
