Martin Rückert

Martin Reyes, PE, AICP is a seasoned transportation planner currently serving as the Principal Transportation Planner for Government Affairs at the San Francisco County Transportation Authority since January 2024. Previously, Martin held the role of Principal Transportation Planner at the San Mateo County Transit District, where significant projects included the 101 Corridor Connect multimodal plan and the Regional Transit Connections grant program. Martin's extensive experience encompasses positions such as Assistant Director for Planning and Development for Supervisor Hilda Solis at the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors, where oversight of transportation and infrastructure initiatives was a primary responsibility. Martin's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs, a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Northridge.
