Junaid Mushtaq

Junaid Mushtaq is an experienced professional in the field of rewards and benefits, currently serving as the Reward & Benefits Senior Manager at Skipton Building Society since September 2018. In this role, Junaid leads a team of reward professionals to implement the Society's Reward and Benefits strategy. Prior to this, Junaid held various positions at Skipton Building Society including Reward Lead and HR Systems and MI Manager. Junaid's earlier experience includes serving as the Head of Operations & Strategic Planning at CENTRAL COMPENSATION OFFICE LIMITED, where leadership skills in managing a service-driven contact center were honed. Additionally, exposure to IT and customer service roles occurred at O2 UK and CCG. Junaid holds a BSc (Hons) in Computing and Management Science from Sheffield Hallam University.
