Jessica Willis

Jessica Willis has a diverse work experience in the pet industry. Jessica started their career in 2009 as a Practice Manager at Banfield Pet Hospital, where they were responsible for managing hospital operations and the development of associates. Jessica later became a Field Director, overseeing multiple locations, and eventually rose to the position of Regional Vice President for the Central Region. In 2023, Jessica joined Skiptown as the Head of Operations, where they lead the expansion of the tech-enabled dog social club on a national scale.

Jessica Willis attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from the College of Agriculture. In November 2013, they obtained the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) certification from ASTD.
