Lauren Diaz

Lauren Diaz is an experienced attorney specializing in real estate law, with a career spanning over nine years. Starting as an Associate Attorney at Levoy & Wadhwa, LLC from October 2014 to September 2016, Lauren transitioned to roles at QuickSilva Title and subsequently QuickSilva Real Estate Law before joining SKM Title & Closing Services, P.C. in September 2019. Lauren's expertise includes real estate conveyancing, conducting real estate closings for purchases and refinances, as well as drafting and negotiating purchase and sales agreements. Lauren earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the Massachusetts School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Writing from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
