Mike Rizzo (He/Him/His)

Under the direct supervision of the Weber Leisure Center Manager, the Weber Leisure Center Custodial Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the Weber Leisure Center and Fitness First Health Club. Rizzo supervises part-time custodial staff, assists with scheduling, performance reviews, and ensures the efficient operation of the facility through routine maintenance tasks. Rizzo performs a wide range of custodial duties, including cleaning, minor repairs, equipment upkeep, and facility inspections. Additionally, Rizzo coordinates building repairs, maintains inventories, manages room setups for programs and rentals, and supports the Manager in environmental initiatives to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and patrons.
