Yan Ferguson (She/Her/Hers)

As an Early Childhood Teacher at the Tot Learning Center, Ferguson is responsible for creating a positive and enriching environment for children, ages ranging six weeks to five years old. Ferguson designs and implements engaging lesson plans to promote the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development of each child. She ensures the classroom is safe, clean, and welcoming, and supervises part-time teachers and assistants. In addition to maintaining strong communication with parents, Ferguson conducts developmental screenings and provides regular progress updates. She also coordinates special events, field trips, and various program-related activities to further enrich the children’s learning experience.
