John Fillman

John Fillman is currently working as Patron Services Lead at Skokie Public Library, where John greets patrons, assists with inquiries, and helps with library card services. Prior to this, John worked at Highland Park Public Library as a Membership Services Assistant. Before their time in the library field, John worked at Abbott for over two decades in various roles such as Program Manager, Software Manager, Software System Engineer, and Software Test Lead. John holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science in Genetics with a Minor in Criminal Justice Administration from Iowa State University.
