Nick Guadagnoli

Nick Guadagnoli is an experienced operations and product management professional with a diverse background across multiple industries. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Skool since November 2022, Nick previously held the role of Product Manager at the same company, where effective communication with users, designers, and engineers was emphasized to improve product features. Experience at L3Harris Technologies involved leading a planning and fulfillment team, while prior roles included managing operations and business development at Construction and Design Professionals, product design at Biltworth, and team leadership at SpaceX. Nick started a career in operations at Slate Digital before earning a Bachelor of Business Administration from Colorado State University in 2011.
