David Mitchell

David Mitchell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. David started their career in 2013 at Flex, where they worked as a Machine Operator and later as a Quality Assurance Inspector. In these roles, they operated CNC machines, ensured product conformity to specifications, and documented inspection results.

In 2015, David joined Austin Lighthouse as a Quality Assurance Technician. David was responsible for writing and editing company procedures, performing equipment and process validation, and monitoring and maintaining a deionized water system.

Since 2018, David has been working at Skout Organic. David initially served as a Supply Chain Manager, where they planned productions, managed production runs at co-manufacturers, and sourced ingredients and packaging materials. David later became the Operations and Production Manager, where they planned and managed production, oversaw reformulations of bar product lines, and developed new products. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Product Development, where they develop and manages formulas for Skout products, manages ingredients, and develops small batch bars.

David Mitchell attended Texas Christian University from 2007 to 2012, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology.
