Matthew Berry

Matthew Berry is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources across multiple industries. Currently serving as Managing Director at Skout Solutions since October 2016, Matthew also holds the position of General Manager Talent Acquisition at Ventia Pty Ltd since July 2020, focusing on building talent for current and future needs. Prior to these roles, Matthew was General Manager Talent Acquisition ANZ at Broadspectrum and served in various leadership positions at Centrica, including Resourcing Director and Head of Recruitment and Graduate Programme. Earlier career experiences include consultancy at TMP Worldwide/Hudson and operations engineering at BHP Billiton, complemented by a Master's degree in International Human Resource Management from Cranfield School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Newcastle.
