George Lamprianidis

George Lamprianidis is a highly experienced software engineer with a strong background in geo-informatics and software development. Currently employed at Skroutz S.A. since October 2018, George previously contributed as a research associate at George Mason University, focusing on visual data exploration and crowd-sourcing geospatial data. Earlier roles include software engineering and research at the Institute for the Management of Information Systems and an internship at Google, where George worked on various projects involving geospatial data processing and application development. George holds a PhD in Computer Science and an MSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
