Stavros Theocharis

Stavros Theocharis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Stavros currently holds the position of Head of Legal Ops - EMEA & LATAM at Skuad, a company that aims to create remote jobs and democratize talent and opportunities globally. In this role, Stavros oversees the company's Global HR Platform and handles various responsibilities such as onboarding, payroll, compliances, and benefits.

Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Rechtsgeleerdheid from Leiden University between 2011 and 2016. Stavros also completed a Propedeuse in Rechten at De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences in 2010-2011. Before entering higher education, Stavros studied at ROC Leiden from 2007 to 2010, specializing in Sociaal juridisch medewerker and Sociale zekerheid. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Moot Court, Tutoring, Debating, ECDL, and Learner as Coach from various institutions throughout their educational journey.
