Tom Bauras

Tom Bauras has a diverse professional background with a strong focus on renewable energy and safety training. Currently serving as Lead Instructor and Safety and Technical Instructor at Northwest Renewable Energy Institute since June 2014, Tom also contributes as a TOPS Technical Trainer at SKY CLIMBER RENEWABLES since February 2021. Previous roles include Route Service Manager and District Service Supervisor at UniFirst Corporation from 2013 to 2019, as well as a military career in the United States Marine Corps from 2003 to 2011 as an Amphibious Assault Vehicle Crewman. Tom holds a Diploma in General Technician from Northwest Renewable Energy Institute and has completed coursework in Sociology at MiraCosta College. Education includes a diploma from Washougal High School.
