Bryan Fix

Bryan Fix has extensive work experience in various human resources roles. Bryan is currently working as the VP and Chief Human Resources Officer at Sky Lakes Medical Center. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Providence from 2018 to 2022. From 2015 to 2018, Bryan was the Regional HR Manager and HR Strategic Partner at Providence Health & Services. Bryan also held the position of VP of Human Resources at People to People Ambassador Programs from 2011 to 2014. Bryan's experience also includes being the Head of Human Resources for the Americas at Solar World Industries USA from 2008 to 2011. Bryan worked as a Senior Marketing Manager and Senior Manager of Human Resources at FEI Company from 2003 to 2008. Earlier in their career, Bryan served as the HR Manager at Accelerant Networks.

Bryan Fix completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication - Organizational Communication from Washington State University from 1994 to 1996. Bryan then pursued their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Communications - Organizational Communication from the same university from 1996 to 1998. In addition to their academic achievements, Bryan obtained the SPHR certification, Senior Professional in Human Resources, from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2003. Bryan also received certifications from Consulting Tools LLC as a Certified Facilitator in Facet 5 & Teamscape Personality Profile Suite in 2012, and from SHRM, the SHRM SCP certification, in 2016.
