Luis Felipe S.

Luis Felipe S. has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Estagiário em Operações at Sky.One Solutions from October 2019 to June 2020. Luis Felipe then progressed to become a Cloud Monitoring Analyst, responsible for monitoring and normalizing alerts generated by the environment from June 2020 to April 2021.

Following this, Luis Felipe transitioned to the role of Cloud Support Analyst Jr., where they were responsible for triaging and providing initial customer support from April 2021 to October 2021. Luis Felipe then advanced to the position of Cloud Support Analyst Pl., where they supported the AutoSky product, troubleshooted network and infrastructure issues, and analyzed and resolved problems from October 2021 to March 2022.

Afterwards, Luis Felipe became a Cloud Computing Analyst Senior, specializing in cloud computing, from March 2022 to June 2022. Currently, they work as a Cloud Monitoring Specialist at Sky.One Solutions, a role they began in June 2022.

Prior to joining Sky.One Solutions, Luis Felipe worked as an Instrutor de Informática at BrasilTreina Ensino Profissionalizante Poá. In this role, they taught basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications, and was involved in computer assembly, maintenance, and programming logic from June 2017 to September 2019.

Luis Felipe S. has a diverse education history with multiple degrees and certifications in various technology fields. In 2019, they attended FIAP and obtained a Tecnólogo degree in Redes de computadores IoT, Cloud e Infraestrutura. In the same year, they also received certifications from FIAP in Professional Qualification in Remote Access Installation and Configuration of Computer Networks.

Before attending FIAP, in 2018, Luis Felipe S. attended Senai São Paulo and studied Technology of Information and Communication, as well as Industrial 4.0. Luis Felipe also received a certification in Logic Programming during this time.

Prior to their time at Senai São Paulo, Luis Felipe S. studied Electrical Maintenance at Senai São Paulo from 2015 to 2016, where they obtained a CAI degree.

In terms of additional certifications, Luis Felipe S. has obtained several certifications in technology-related fields. In 2019, they received the AWS Business Professional, AWS TCO and Cloud Economics, and AWS Technical Professional certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS). In 2020, they also obtained the Technical Support Fundamentals certification from Google. Additionally, in 2019, they completed an Azure Learn Path certification from Microsoft.
