Reginald started their career at SONIC Drive-In in 2016 as a Kitchen Staff member.

In 2018, they moved on to Pivot Physical Therapy, where they worked as a Physical Therapy Technician until 2019.

From 2019 to 2021, Reginald worked at Sky Solutions as a Pega System Architect and Operations Delivery Specialist for the Social Security Administration Contract.

Currently, they are employed at Sky Solutions as a Pega Business Architect, working on the Internal Revenue Service Contract.

Reginald S. completed their Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Towson University, where they studied from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended Cecil College from 2014 to 2016, majoring in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. In addition to their education, Reginald has obtained several certifications. In February 2020, they earned the Certified System Architect (CSA) certification from Pegasystems. In April 2021, they became a Certified CMMI Associate from CMMI. Furthermore, in May 2021, they achieved the Certified SAFe 5 Scrum Master certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. Most recently, in May 2022, they completed the Certified SAFe 5 Government Practitioner certification, also from Scaled Agile, Inc.
