Zhihong Zou

Zhihong Zou is currently the VP of Solution Architecture at Sky Solutions. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director of Solution Architecture at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. Zhihong was responsible for overseeing and directing the enterprise solution architecture development of a portfolio of hundreds of millions annual budgets for the Federal Employee Program. Zhihong was also the Chief architect responsible for architecture and design of a 5-year business/digital transformation initiative that modernized health payer core administrative systems. Zhihong has also worked as the Owner and Emerging Technology Practice Leader at Evergreen Technology Services, Inc. where they were responsible for business development and client engagement on enterprise and solution architecture consultancy services, business solution design/implementation, and modernization strategy. Zhihong has also worked as a Chief architect leading architecture and design of new generation product line in claim pre-adjudication for FEP.

Zou received a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Boulder, and a Master of Science in Computational Mathematics from Nanjing University. Zhihong also received a Bachelor's degree in Computational Mathematics from Nanjing University.

Their manager is Anil Boinapalli, CEO & Co-Founder. They work with James Galang - Director of Operations, Slava Katz - Executive Vice President, and Liane Christopher - Director of Delivery.
