Michelle Kress

Michelle Kress has a strong background in human resources and operations management. Michelle served as the Director of Human Resources at Sky Ute Casino Resort, where they were responsible for driving the development and application of HR policies and programs. Michelle also served as the Guest Services Training and Development Coordinator/HR Generalist at the same company, where they focused on customer service training and mentoring programs. Prior to their role at the casino, Michelle owned a consultancy called HR Professionals, LLC, where they provided HR services to medium-sized businesses. Michelle also worked as an Operations Manager at Classique Builders LLC, where they handled HR operations, communications, marketing, and strategic support. Michelle's experience also includes serving as an Operations Manager at Walton's Inc, where they managed HR operations, safety programs, and regulatory compliance.
