Carlos Luna Carati has over 25 years of experience in the fields of project management, quality, environment, safety, occupational health management systems, information technology, and hazardous material operations. In 2022, they began their role as PMO Manager at Skyblux, where they are responsible for coordinating and executing consulting projects and preparing and executing project plans for clients. From 2018 to 2022, they were the Director General at QMS Consulting Services. From 2015 to 2018, they held two roles at La Casa de las Baterias S.A. as QMS/EMS/SMS/IT Regional Manager and QMS/EMS/SMS Manager. In 2014, they were a Project Manager at Tecnica Real, C.A. From 2013 to 2014, they were the HSEQ Leader at INVERSIONES SIHO-A DE VENEZUELA. From 2008 to 2013, they were the HSE Regional Manager at ISIVEN. From 2003 to 2008, they were the Safety Officer at Ferreteria EPA, C.A. From 2002 to 2003, they were the HAZMAT Operations Lead at INVERSIONES CALMOX, C.A. Finally, from 1994 to 2002, they were the Chemical Analyst at AGREGADOS LIVIANOS, C.A. (ALIVEN).

Carlos Luna Carati has a Bachelor of Industrial Chemistry from IUTIRLA, which they obtained in 2012. Carlos then obtained a Diploma in Project Management from Universidad Metropolitana (VE) in 2015. In 2016, they obtained a Diploma in Quality Management ISO 9001:2015 from Instituto de Especialización para Ejecutivos (IEE). Carlos also obtained certifications from various organizations such as Red Integrarse, GoLeanSixSigma.com, Acceso Vital, NFPA Capitulo México, Sumarse, Bureau Veritas, American Safety Council, Inc, International Association of Drilling Contractors, Calmox USA Corp., S & P Consultores Asociados, C.A., Transportation Technology Center, Inc, and ERCA - European Register of Certificated Auditors - Colombia. In 2019, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Goleansixsigma.
