Erika Sandvig

Erika Sandvig has extensive experience in HR operations and management. Erika is currently working at Skydance as the VP of HR Operations, a role they have held since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Starz as an Executive Director of HR Operations from May 2019 to December 2020. Erika also worked at Starz in various HR roles, including HR Operations Director from September 2018 to April 2019, Sr. Manager of Human Resources from April 2015 to September 2018, and Human Resources Manager from April 2012 to April 2015. Erika has also worked at MedAssets as an HR Generalist from 2010 to 2011, Sony Pictures Entertainment/Sony Pictures Imageworks as an Associate HR Business Partner from 2007 to 2010, RBC Dain Rauscher as a Sr. Recruiting Coordinator from 2005 to 2007, and CNT as a Recruiting Coordinator from 2003 to 2005.

Erika Sandvig holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Additionally, they have obtained a Certificate in Employee Relations Law from the Institute for Applied Management & Law, Inc. in 2013.
