Elizabeth McFarland

Elizabeth McFarland is a skilled professional with extensive experience in revenue operations and education. Currently serving as a Revenue Operations Manager at Skydog Ops since September 2023, McFarland previously held the position of Senior Revenue Operations Analyst. At MyTutor Learning, McFarland was instrumental in growing tutor supply by 250% during the initial launch phase as the first US-based Tutor Recruitment Manager. This followed a similar role at GoStudent, where McFarland successfully recruited and onboarded over 100 tutors within six months. Prior to this, McFarland worked as a 5th Grade Math & Science Teacher and 5th Grade Language Arts & Social Studies Teacher at Georgetown ISD, effectively addressing diverse learning needs and creating district-wide curriculum. Beginning a career at Lonehollow as a Camp Counselor and later as Department Head, McFarland developed curriculum and led training initiatives. McFarland holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Elon University and studied at St. Clare's in Oxford.
