Ikuto Honda

Ikuto Honda has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Ikuto currently works as the Director of HR Office at SkyDrive since December 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Director at ispace, inc. from March 2020 to November 2023. Before that, they were the HR Director for Japan and Korea at Tektronix Japan from March 2019 to February 2020.

From March 2014 to February 2019, Ikuto worked as the General Manager of HR and GA at De'Longhi Japan. Ikuto also had a brief freelance position in February 2014.

Earlier in their career, Ikuto held the position of Head of People at Jetstar Japan from September 2011 to January 2014. Ikuto also served as a Senior Manager at Philips from September 2007 to August 2011.

Prior to that, they were employed as a Manager at GSRJL from June 2006 to August 2007 and at Philip Morris from March 2003 to June 2006. Ikuto began their career as a Manager at SAP in 1996, where they worked until 2003.

Ikuto Honda completed their MBA in International Business from ENPC Tokyo from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Social Psychology from Hitotsubashi University, where they studied from 1991 to 1996. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn in various areas such as project management, diversity, equity, inclusion, leadership skills, and HR management, with the most recent certifications obtained in 2022 and 2023.
