Barry Matsumori

Barry Matsumori serves as the President and COO of Skydweller Aero since March 2024. Prior to this role, Barry co-founded a stealth-mode startup from May 2017 to March 2024 and held the position of COO at Impulse Space from March 2022 to August 2023. Previous positions include Advisory Board Member at Accion Systems Inc. and Relativity Space, CEO of BridgeComm, Inc., and SVP of Business Operations & Advanced Architectures at Virgin Galactic. Barry's career also includes a significant tenure at SpaceX as SVP of Sales & Business Development and a role as Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer at Ethertronics. Barry holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor's degree in Business from Arizona State University.
