Heiko Stark

Heiko Stark has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Heiko has worked at SkyFive.world as a Manager of Lab Operations since October 2019. Prior to this, they were employed at Nokia, where they held the positions of Demo Lab Manager and Team Lead OnAir and Lab Support from June 2016 to the present. Heiko also worked at Alcatel-Lucent as an LTE TIS OAM Expert from October 2010 to September 2011 and as a TAC Engineer BSS in the Technical Assistance Center GSM from March 2001 to September 2010. During their time at Alcatel-Lucent, they were responsible for customer acceptance tests, hotline support, on-site operations, and managing customer relationships in various countries.

Heiko Stark obtained their education in a chronological manner starting from 1983 to 1985. During this period, they attended SEL Pforzheim and completed a program in Funkelektroniker. Following this, from 1990 to 1992, they enrolled at Heinrich Hertz Schule Karlsruhe and earned a Staatlich geprüfter Techniker degree in Nachrichtentechnik.
