Marcos Serna has a diverse work history starting in 2009 when they founded Marcos Serna Studios. Marcos then pursued a career in sales and advisory roles, working as an Advisor & Sales Leader at SV Academy from 2018 to 2022, where they helped students acquire fundamental sales skills. In 2019, they joined Optimizely as a Strategic Sales Development representative, achieving impressive sales quotas and receiving recognition for their performance. Marcos also worked at SalesLife as the Founder and at Okta, Inc. as a Sr. Account Executive, achieving high annual sales targets and receiving prestigious awards. In 2022, they joined Leapwork as an Enterprise Account Executive, and their most recent position is also as an Enterprise Account Executive at Skyflow, starting in 2023.
