Monika Kołat

Monika Kołat has a diverse work experience. Monika started working as a Stażysta ds. administracji i szkoleń at Human Partner Sp. z o.o. in December 2019 and ended their role in February 2020. In July 2020, they worked as an Opiekun sali at ING Polska until December 2020. Starting in February 2021, Monika worked as a Specjalista KYC at ING Polska until March 2023. Since March 2023, they have been working as a Specjalista HR at sky gate. Additionally, Monika was also a Członek Komisji ds. HR at Niezależne Zrzeszenie Studentów Uniwersytetu Ekonomicznego we Wrocławiu from October 2018 to November 2020.

Monika Kołat's education history begins in 2017 when they enrolled at the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business. Over the course of three years, from 2017 to 2020, they completed two degrees at this university. Monika obtained a Bachelor's degree in Zarządzanie (Management) and also received a Licencjat (Lic.) in Zarządzanie zasobami ludzkimi (Human Resource Management).

Additionally, from 2021 to 2023, Monika attended Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa w Chorzowie (Higher School of Banking in Chorzów) to pursue a Magister (Mgr) degree in Zarządzanie projektami (Project Management).
