Stephen Brown

Stephen Brown is an experienced professional with extensive work experience in technology advisory, design, and research and development. Stephen is currently the Co-Founder and CTO of Skyjed, where they are responsible for setting and delivering the technology vision and strategy. Prior to this, Stephen worked as the Director of Pamburra Electronic Design, where they focused on concept discovery, design refinement, and prototyping of electronic and computer systems. Stephen also served as the National R&D Manager at Hills Limited, leading research and development efforts in the healthcare technology business. Stephen has a strong background in critical messaging and patient engagement, having worked as a Pre Post Sales Engineer/Manager at Merlon Technologies. Stephen also has experience in firmware development and electronics engineering from their role at Trinity Digital Solutions. Stephen began their career as a Catering Assistant at Cater Care. Overall, Stephen possesses a diverse skill set and a proven track record of successful contributions in technology-related roles.

Stephen Brown started their education at Sumiyoshi High School in Kawasaki, Japan, where they completed a one-year high school exchange program in 2001. In 2003, they enrolled at Monash University and pursued a Bachelor of Computer Systems Engineering degree, which they completed in 2009. During their time at Monash University, Stephen also obtained a Diploma of Languages in Japanese Studies from 2003 to 2006. Additionally, in 2005 and 2006, they participated in the Osaka University Short-term Student Exchange Program (OUSSEP) and worked at the Arai Robotics Laboratory at Osaka University, respectively.
