Mike Judd

Mike Judd currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Human Services at Skylight, a digital consultancy focused on enhancing public services through design and technology. In this role, Mike is responsible for developing the infrastructure and culture necessary to scale operations and improve service delivery to the American taxpayer. Prior to joining Skylight in September 2023, Mike held various positions at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention from May 2012 to September 2023, including Product Owner of SimpleReport and Program Manager for the Pandemic-Ready Interoperability Modernization Effort (PRIME). Earlier experience includes roles as an Epidemiologist at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and internships at the American Nicaraguan Foundation and The National Cancer Coalition. Mike holds a Master of Public Health in Global Epidemiology from Emory University and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Clemson University.
