Robert Dobbin has a diverse work experience in various industries. Robert began their career as a HR Assistant (Intern) at Skyline Group of Companies in August 2015. Robert then progressed to become an HR Administrator from September 2015 to November 2017. Robert further advanced to the role of Associate Property Manager from November 2017 to January 2019, and subsequently became a Property Manager from February 2019 to February 2020. Robert further elevated their position to Senior Property Manager from March 2020 to September 2021. Currently, they hold the role of Regional Director of Residential Operations at Skyline Group of Companies, starting from September 2021.
In addition to their roles at Skyline Group of Companies, Robert Dobbin served as a Member of the Board of Directors at London Property Management Association from May 2021 to November 2022.
Before their career in property management, Robert Dobbin also worked as a Security Guard at multiple establishments including The Bombshelter Pub, Brixton Social, Fox & Fiddle, and Failte Irish Pub from January 2014 to September 2016. Prior to that, they worked as a Landscaper at the University of Waterloo from April 2014 to September 2014.
Robert Dobbin completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Honours Recreation & Sport Business at the University of Waterloo from 2010 to 2014. In 2015, they pursued a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management at Humber College. Furthermore, they obtained the Canadian Human Resources Professional (CHRP) certification from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association in November 2015. Additionally, in April 2015, they acquired the Microsoft Access 2013 Introductory certification from Pearson.
