Michael Burton is the current Vice President of Sales Operations at Skyline Security Management. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Operations at Point Protects from February 2011 to March 2012, and as a Home Security Specialist at Pinnacle Security from July 2010 to February 2011.
At Point Protects, Michael was tasked with running operations for the company and was responsible for managing the Account Acquisition, Service, Call Center, Technical Support, Licensing, Billing, Customer Service, Collections, Payroll and Retention Departments. Michael successfully managed an annualized payroll of over $3.9 million for all company employees, and oversaw account acquisitions of over $7.7 million. Michael also helped automate multiple reports, processes and procedures which helped increase employee efficiency and accuracy.
As Director of Operations at Point Protects, Michael created, managed and oversaw hundreds of special projects that increased data accuracy, employee efficiency, increased productivity, customer satisfaction, company growth and helped reduce costs.
At Pinnacle Security, Michael provided home security solutions and services to customers. Michael successfully designed and installed home security systems that met the specific needs of each customer.
Michael Burton has a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University, a B.S. in Communications: Public Relations emphasis from Utah Valley University, and Skill Based Training in Business and Personal from Udemy Alumni. Michael also has a High School Diploma from Lone Peak High School.
They are on a team with Maria Acosta - Dir. of Inside Sales, Mike Cummins - Dir. Operations, and Joe Smith - Dir. Builder Program. Breanne Keese - SOS, Ruth Gonzalez - Sales Ops. Assoc., and Michelle Ballejos - SOS report to Michael Burton. Their manager is Stewart Powell, President.
