Rachael Lay

Rachael Lay is an experienced educational administrator with a strong background in academic leadership. Currently serving as an Academic Administrator at Skyline Education, Inc. since January 2020, Rachael previously held the position of Principal at Edkey, Inc. from July 2009 to July 2021. Rachael obtained a Master's degree in Education with a focus on Supervision and Evaluation from the University of Phoenix, completing the program in 2009.
