Russell Holbrook

Russell Holbrook is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and agile coaching, currently serving as a Product Manager and Agile Coach at Skyline Technology Solutions since 2017. In this role, Russell identifies customer needs, prioritizes features, and develops program roadmaps for DBT teams developing video streaming appliances and display software, while promoting a DevSecOps mindset and facilitating cloud migration to AWS. Previously, Russell was a Senior Agile Coach at T. Rowe Price, where transformation to Lean-Agile Scrum methodologies was implemented across teams. Additionally, Russell held various leadership positions at Travelers from 2007 to 2017, including Director of IT and Project Director, focusing on enhancing agile methodologies and architecture strategies. Russell holds a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from The George Washington University School of Business.
