Ragul Mohan

Ragul Mohan has over 20 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry. Ragul began their career in 2001 as a Senior Engineer at UMS Group. In 2004, they moved to ADA, Mumbai as an Engineering Project Manager. In 2005, they joined Nawras as Head of Department, RAN Performance & Quality. Ragul then moved to Etisalat in 2009 as Senior Manager - RAN Network Quality. In 2010, they were appointed Head of Radio Access Network Design and Planning at Ericsson. In 2011, they joined Polaris Wireless as Senior Manager - Global RF Engineering. In 2014, they became Director - RF System Performance Engineering at Atlantic Tele-Network, Inc. In 2017, they were hired by Sprint as a Solution Architect and was promoted to Senior Solution Architect. In 2020, they joined Skylo Technologies as Director of System Engineering. Most recently, they were hired by Dell Technologies as Telco Emerging Services in 2022.

Ragul Mohan holds a Masters of Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University in Communication Systems, obtained in 2001. Ragul also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from George Washington University.
